Learn the Magic Four

The Magic Four are four simple poses that reliably release muscular tension along the spine. As a 15 minute daily practice the Magic Four can relieve back pain, sciatica, neck and shoulder pain, stress and much more. This is deeply healing and gentle not an athletic style of yoga, therefore approachable to beginners as well as advanced students.
