The Magic Four are four simple poses that reliably release muscular tension along the spine. As a 15 minute daily practice the Magic Four can relieve back pain, sciatica, neck and shoulder pain, stress and much more.
This is deeply healing and gentle yoga- not an athletic style of yoga. Therefore approachable to beginners as well as advanced yogis.
Dress comfortably. All props are provided. This yoga does not require mats, mirrors or sweat!
