Integrative Restorative Meditation® (formerly known as iRest®/ Yoga Nidra) w/ Sally McAfee

 

This guided meditative practice will allow you to relax deeply, release stress, increase resiliency, and improve sleep. It may help to heal unresolved issues of the body and mind. Nourishing a state of forgiveness, patience, joy and peace. May be done with eyes open or closed, sitting, lying or standing. It is suitable for all ages and range of motion. All that is required is willingness.

*iRest Yoga Nidra has been developed over the past twenty-six years by Richard Miller, PhD, a clinical psychologist, author, researcher and yogic scholar. iRest® iscurrently being utilized in Veteran hospitals, military bases, hospitals and clinics, hospice, homeless shelters, community programs, and schools.

Our community classes provide an opportunity for everyone in the community to experience yoga and meditation. It is our hope to make our community classes available to those who are unemployed, underemployed, in the military, to local teachers and college students. We welcome your donations from your heart.
