Pawanmuktasana Series w Judy Goodkin (Gratitude class)

This class will focus on opening and moving all the joints in your body.  As a result it can help:

  • Improve your circulation.
  • Support your lymphatic system as it helps clear toxins and waste from your body tissues.
  • Help relieve physical and emotional stress.
  • Improve vitality.
